Elate uses role-based pricing, so you only ever pay for the active staff on your team based on the level of access they need. There are no charges per service user, which means you can take on new clients without your software costs rising alongside them. All prices exclude VAT, and billing updates automatically as your team changes.

Role-Based Plans

Choose the tier that matches each staff member’s responsibilities. You can mix and match across your team — most organisations will have a combination of all three roles.
RolePriceWhat’s included
Care / Support Worker£8 / user / monthMobile access, visit tasks, notes, assigned clients, and eMAR where enabled
Supervisor£15 / user / monthCare planning, scheduling, broader service-user visibility, and operational oversight
Manager£25 / user / monthFinancials, team additions, inductions, permissions, settings, and management controls
Annual billing is available at a 20% discount on all roles. You can switch between monthly and annual billing when setting up your subscription at billing.elateuk.com.

How to Get Started

Setting up your Elate subscription takes just a few minutes. Use the interactive estimator at billing.elateuk.com to model your team size before committing.
1

Set your team size

Enter the number of Care/Support Workers, Supervisors, and Managers who will be active in Elate. The estimator updates your total instantly. If you have multiple branches, complex onboarding requirements, or bespoke integration needs, these are better handled with a tailored quote — book a pricing call before proceeding to checkout.
2

Estimate your price

Review your monthly or annual total. Toggle between billing cycles to compare the 20% annual saving. Your starting subscription is based on the active staff you select at this point. Role changes after sign-up are handled directly through Elate until automated reconciliation is live.
3

Add your payment details and start your free trial

Enter your billing details to begin a 30-day free trial. Payment details are required upfront via Stripe, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Use the same email address for both Stripe billing and your Elate account — this is how the two are linked during account handoff.
4

Create your Elate account

Once your trial is confirmed, you are redirected to create your Elate account. Enter your business name, Super Admin email address, and a strong password to activate your account and begin onboarding with the Elate team.

Included with Every Plan

Every Elate subscription includes the following at no extra cost.

One month free onboarding

Guided setup and support during your first month, plus ongoing access to learning resources throughout your subscription.

No service-user charges

Add new clients to Elate without worrying that each service user increases your software bill. You pay only for your active staff.

Transparent monthly billing

Billing updates automatically when staff are added, deactivated, or promoted in Elate — no manual adjustments needed.

Need Extra Support?

Your monthly plan stays simple. If you need specialist support beyond the included onboarding, you can add it as required.

Billing Boundary

Your starting subscription is set based on the active staff you select during checkout. Any role changes made after sign-up — for example, promoting a Care Worker to Supervisor — are handled through Elate directly. Billing will reflect those changes at the next cycle once automated reconciliation is fully live.

Small Businesses and Charities

Elate works with small care teams, enabling services, and charities every day. If you’re unsure which plan suits your organisation’s size or situation, get in touch — the team is always happy to help you find the right fit before you commit.
