Get up and running quickly

Create your account

Visit billing.elateuk.com to choose your plan and start your 30-day free trial. Once payment is set up, you’ll be taken straight to create your Elate account.

Set up your organisation

Log in at app.elateuk.com, complete your organisation profile, and customise your account settings.

Invite your team

Add team members from the Team dashboard and assign each person the right role — Care/Support Worker, Supervisor, or Manager.

Add your first support recipient

Create a support recipient profile, build their support plan with tasks and packages, then schedule their first support activity.
