The January 2025 release concentrates on making your lists easier to navigate and your records easier to manage. You can now sort both the Support Recipient List and the Team List, control the visibility of inactive members across the platform, manage recipient statuses with dedicated tabs, and duplicate support plans in seconds.

What’s New

Sort Icons for Support Recipient and Team Lists

Support Recipient List — A sort icon now appears next to Name and Risk Level in the Active, Inactive, and Prospect tabs. Name sorts A–Z by default, then Z–A on a second click. Risk Level sorts High–Medium–Low, then Low–Medium–High, making it straightforward to prioritise who needs attention. Team List — A sort icon appears next to Name and Start Date in the Active and Inactive tabs. Name sorts A–Z by default, and Start Date sorts from most recent to oldest so you can quickly identify your newest team members.

Inactive Team Member Visibility Controls

Inactive team members are now hidden across all relevant parts of the platform: the Schedule Calendar, the Support Activity creation flow, the Schedule Filter List, Support Activity Edit, and the Unavailability and Overtime Create/Edit screens. Only active users appear in assignments and scheduling, reducing the chance of assigning activities to someone who is no longer working.

Active, Inactive & Prospect Status for Support Recipients

Support recipients can now be set to Active (default), Inactive, or Prospect. Changing a recipient’s status automatically moves them to the corresponding tab on the Clients List page. Inactive and Prospect recipients are hidden from the Schedule Calendar, activity creation, schedule filters, and overtime screens, and any upcoming events linked to them are also hidden from view.

Duplicate a Support Plan

You can now duplicate any support plan via the Actions menu. The copy is named “Copy of [Original Plan Name]” and retains all support types, tasks, notes, review dates, and priority levels. Scheduled support activities are not copied, so you start with a clean slate for scheduling. After duplication, you are taken directly to the new copy to make any changes needed.

Quick Navigation from Event Details

Clicking a Support Recipient’s avatar or a Team Member’s name in the Event Details panel now takes you straight to their profile page. This is available for Administrators only and does not affect the existing “Get Directions” link.

Bug Fixes

  • Carer Assignment Reverted After Plan Update — Carer assignments on support activities and events are no longer reverted when you update a care plan. Previously, changes to carer assignments — whether made by drag-and-drop or the edit button — were undone after a plan update. This fix ensures that updating a support plan does not change, reverse, delete, or duplicate any existing carer assignments or past support activities.
  • Risk Assessment Navigation — The Risk Assessment flow now allows users to navigate through all pages without being unexpectedly redirected.
  • Role Column on Team Member List — The Role column now shows each user’s job role rather than their permission level, giving a clearer picture of team responsibilities.
  • Account Menu Auto-Close — The account menu now closes automatically when you click anywhere outside of it.
  • Key Contacts Editing — Administrators can now edit and delete Key Contacts from a support recipient’s profile without errors.
