Your Elate profile holds the key information that identifies you within the platform — from your personal contact details to your working availability. Keeping it up to date ensures that your team and your schedule always reflect accurate information. You can access and edit your profile at any time without leaving the platform.

Accessing Your Profile

To open your profile, click your profile picture (or the arrow beside it) in the top right corner of the platform. Select Profile from the dropdown menu that appears.

Your Profile Tabs

Your profile is organised into three tabs, each covering a different area of your information. Work through all three to make sure everything is complete and current.

Personal Profile

This tab gives an overview of your personal details — including your name, contact information, and any other identifying information your organisation has recorded for you.Click the Edit button in the top right corner of the tab to make changes. Update the relevant fields, then click Save to apply your changes.

Team Member Details

This tab holds employment-related and other key information about your role, such as your job title, contract type, or any other fields your organisation uses to categorise team members.Click Edit to update these details, then click Save when you are done.

Availability

This tab displays your recorded holidays and any workdays on which you are unavailable. Keeping this up to date helps managers schedule visits accurately and avoid assigning you to visits when you are not working.Click Edit to add or amend availability entries, then click Save to confirm.
Your profile has three separate tabs — Personal Profile, Team Member Details, and Availability. Each tab has its own Save button. Make sure you click Save before navigating away from any tab where you have made changes, otherwise your updates will not be applied.
